I initially gave this group/office a 5 star review but since signing with them I have received the most unprofessional customer service. As a result, I am changing my review to one star. From the person who is supposed to be my business insurance rep not responding to my emails or taking my calls to receiving a refund check in the mail with a note on the check stub saying my life insurance policy wasn't approved is just so unacceptable. There was no letter, no email, no phone call to let me know that the life insurance policy that I had been paying for a couple months wasn't approved! Zaynab (business) and Brian (life) have treated me as if I'm not a paying customer! Even when my business insurance premium doubled after being quoted the wrong amount I still continued to pay it. While I know things can change during the underwriting review process, the lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I even tried reaching out to the head of the group (Marcel Robin) and never received a response. Marcel did however respond to my original 5 star review but referred to me as Ana which isn't my name. Overall I was hoping this would be a great business relationship, however it seems this group is only concerned about transactions.
