Meet Rifat, a valuable member of the Marcel Robin State Farm Agency team. Rifat joined the agency on December 1st, 2022, bringing with her extensive knowledge and experience in the insurance industry. Holding licenses in Property & Casualty, as well as Life and Health insurance, Rifat is well-equipped to assist customers with their insurance needs.

But Rifat’s skills extend far beyond insurance. She is a multi-linguist, fluent in three different languages: Bangla, Hindi, and Urdu. Always eager to learn, Rifat is currently expanding her linguistic abilities by studying American Sign Language (ASL).

Originally from Bangladesh, Rifat has a deep appreciation for travel and exploration. Prior to joining the Marcel Robin State Farm Agency, Rifat worked as a flight attendant for an airline in Bangladesh, which allowed her to visit an impressive 27 countries. This globetrotting experience has enriched Rifat’s understanding of different cultures and broadened her perspective.

Rifat is not only passionate about her personal endeavors, but also about making a positive impact within her community. She actively engages with a small group of women, fostering an environment where they can support and uplift each other in various fields, such as business and education. Rifat also plays a significant role in her husband's business and assists community members in obtaining their Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

Andre Morgan is a valued member of the Marcel Robin State Farm Agency, having joined the team in 2020. As a licensed insurance professional, Andre is knowledgeable in offering a wide range of insurance products, including Automobile Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Business Lines Insurance.

Coming from four years experience of being a former supervisor, I understand what State Farm customers need. Helping each and every person is a part of my lifestyle. I listen, guide, and provide information based on the needs of the customer. I began working with Marcel Robin January of 2020. I am licensed in the following lines: auto insurance, homeowner insurance, life insurance, health insurance, commercial and business insurance. When I am not working I am spending time with my family and friends. Born and Raised in New York City, I joined the Marcel Robin Office in January of 2020 . My background stems from many years in the hospitality industry where I worked closely with guests in providing them remarkable experiences.
